Privacy Policy

bliks is an AI work-memory product. It captures the meaningful units of your AI work — decisions, ideas, milestones, and session context — and surfaces them in a dashboard so your work compounds across sessions instead of resetting.

Account information. Your email address and profile details (username, display name), used to sign you in and identify you to project collaborators.

Captured conversation content. When you install the browser extension and enable capture, it reads the content of AI-tool conversation pages (such as Claude or ChatGPT) and sends transcripts to our API under your account. You control which tools and domains capture applies to through allow/deny rules in your capture settings, and you can dismiss any individual capture.

Connected channels. If you link a chat channel (such as Telegram), we store the link needed to route your messages and the conversation history of your chats with the bliks assistant.

We do not run third-party advertising or ad-tracking on bliks.

Captured transcripts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to extract structured items (decisions, ideas, tasks, milestones). This processing happens under Anthropic's commercial API terms. The extracted candidates are shown to you for confirmation before they become part of your storyboard.

Your data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, with the API and connector services hosted on Railway and the dashboard on Vercel. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; the dashboard and extension talk to our API with your personal session token.

Project members. Blocks that belong to a shared project are visible to the members of that project, according to their role (owner, editor, viewer).

Public share links. If you create a share link for a project, anyone with that link can view a read-only version of the project. Do not share links to projects containing content you want to keep private.

We do not sell your data.

• Capture rules: allow or deny capture per tool and per domain, or disable capture entirely by removing the extension.
• Review and dismiss any raw capture before it is processed.
• Confirm or reject extracted candidates before they are saved.
• Export your data at any time from the dashboard.
• Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at the address below.

We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the effective date above.
